And man oh man did I get tired of seeing those comments after the
fifth time or so. :D I'm still not totally sure what was going on
there, actually -- I tweaked fontmap.txt but I should not have had
to, because I wasn't using any nonstandard fonts in any of those
sample files.
Sigh.
