I suspect you will find this is impossible to do with Director. You 
might be able to disable it in your projector but you will not have 
control over other programs, I suspect.

There may be other ways to accomplish this. Please describe what it 
is you want to accomplish and why. What material might a user have 
access to that your client does not want grabbed with a printscreen, 
and how do you envision the user getting to that material?
