they're pretty solid. you have to watch out for how you are doing
communication between the ldm and the main movie, and there can
sometimes be freaky redraw (or lack thereof) issues, but in general they
work swimmingly.
if you use them in shockwave you have to deal with the whole
downloadnetthing and member().filename stuff, but that's pretty solid too.
