Friends,
I know this is a bit off topic, but I wanted to ask the experts. For as
much as I've learned and continue to develop in Director, I have no idea just
how widely used it actually is. There aren't a lot of jobs or contracts
offered for it that I've observed (from sites like dice.com or monsters.com),
but then, most programmers probably represent themselves for CD-ROM freelance
or kiosks. Moreover, I can't sell my own clients on it's popularity beyond
it's strategic partnership with companies like Intel for the 3D, since I
don't know.
Does anyone out there have a good guess to it's market share? (Compared
to Java, for instance)

Thanks in advance,
    Darl
