You could use fileIO to write some secret file to the hard drive or use some other Xtra to write something to the registry and check it; if the user is very proficient they might find it, but for the general user this will probably suffice.
If you want to make your .exe uncopyable, you could make it 800 megs or more, but good luck distributing it.
