Hi, Below is an email from one of our staff that has just seen a problem on a users computer. Has anyone seen anything similar, and do you know a solution. Of the hundreds of installations we have, only 3 that I know have this problem. 2 on XP and 1 on windows ME.
I assume it must be some sort of Pallet problem, but don't now how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks Stephen --- I don't know whether you've got to the bottom of the black screen thing, but I assume I've now seen it... Oliver is using XP. He had never seen the welcome screen (inside the rectangular box) everything is black. All fields on the client file screen come up looking as if they're selected. All picture fields (where the jpeg files go) and check boxes appear "blacked out". (He assumed we'd never got round to finishing them!) He could not remember ever seeing the program display correctly. I rebooted his system and restarted the application and everything seemed to display correctly. I tried to show him the web link function and it didn't work (there was an error message from the system when trying to connect - I didn't notice the detail sorry). FROM THAT POINT ON the "black-out problem" was reintroduced.
