IQ Television Group has an immediate opening for a Multimedia Developer to assist in the creation of large scale CD-ROM and web-based marketing tools. IQ Television Group is an Atlanta-based producer of television and interactive media for companies such as Cox Communications, IBM, AOL/TimeWarner, and Fox Cable.
Responsibilities: - Assist in development of large and small scale, video-driven, cross platform, multimedia cd-roms and websites. - Help develop extendable code libraries in Lingo and ActionScript. - Thourough Quality Assurance testing for PC and MAC platforms. Job requirements: - Excellent knowledge of Macromedia Director, Lingo, and object-oriented programming required. - 3-5 Years of hands-on experience in a professional, team-oriented setting is desirable. - Advanced knowledge of Flash ActionScript and database-driven dynamic media (using PHP, ColdFusion, ASP, JSP, etc.) also a plus. - An individual with a graphics or design background is favorable. - Candidate should be prepared to provide samples and source-code of their work.
