Slow loading projectors off CD are pretty common, actually. There's a technote somewhere on Macromedia's site about creating "slim" projectors -- look for that. It can reduce load times considerably.my friend working on a cd persentation. when he run it directly by computer its work fine but when it run from cd it takes 50 and 60 secs any idea.
Essentially what's happening is the projector needs to unpack a bunch of resources (Xtras, etc.) to a temp directory on the HD, and this takes a noticeable amount of time from CD -- particularly if it's not an especially fast CD.
