Just to make this test complete I also imported the PSD with Photocaster 3.
The same quality as with PS Save-for-Web & FW png32.

Surprisingly, though, the member size was much smaller with Photocaster 3.
All three imported with Trim White Space and showing the same dimensions.
Cast member sizes:
PS: 445.4K
FW: 439.7K
PC: 367.2K
