VOID can't be used at the right of a comparison operator without getting a value. This value is zero. I'd suggest you use voidP() to check out if a var is void. To know more about numeric data encoding see ANSI/IEEE 754 standard for Binary Floating-Point Arithmetic. Also, it treats separately certain types of numbers like infinites, NaNs, zeroes, normal and denormal numbers.
