Thanks all.

The market remains strong here for online developers. You'll find several
people into developing HTML or Flash based websites, or converting legacy
content into web-friendly formats. Although Shockwave can be deployed
online, it's has it's obvious drawbacks.

Speaking in terms of hard figures, compared to a CD or kiosk project every
two months or so, we now have one coming in just a couple of times yearly.
Those too, are usually legacy projects that require a content or
functionality update. Sigh!

But there isn't all gloom really. Whatever little work I did on FMX, it was
fun. The package is easy to pick up, supports features that have been asked
for years in Director, and makes the management happy with it's branding.
Brad, don't be disappointed. You can learn FMX even quicker...and that too
without anyone's help. ;-)

Good luck everyone.
