Hi, I recently released a CDROM using the directmedia xtra to play AVI's. There are some users of the CDROM who can't see the movie but do hear the sound. These users are on NT 4 or XP SP 1. First I thought it was the missing indeo codec (which is no longer included in XP since SP1). But there is still no picture after installation of the proper CODEC...
Did anyone have the same problem? Or does anyone know what I'm missing? Thanks!
