I meant rest of my message, the bit that says this:
oldid = the itemdelimiter the itemdelimiter = the last char of the moviepath delete the last item of filepath folderpath = filepath & the itemdelimiter the itemdelimiter = oldid
That will get the folder path from a given file path.
