Dear Augatine & Tab,

Sorry for the dalay in reply as i was off the site for
a few days. I used DMX, Win 98, 256MB RAM with 32 MB
VRAM on a P4 pro.

As said by the former, the problem still shows even
after i put the code inside enterframe or exitframe.

My movie is a simle one having only one cast member
inaddition to the behavior. Its a 100x50 (or any other
dimension) 32 bit filled rectangle (i experimented
with 16, 8 and lower bits!!). The bevavior just
updates the sprites position from one end to the other
of the stage. Rewind and play the movie, you should
not find any problem now. But open Control Panel and
change the tempo to anything higher than 90 and play
it. Don't you see the sudden jerks as the sprite moves
with increased speed!!!

Thanks Tab for giving info on controlling the playback
speed of movies. But i have a doubt, is the same can
be achieved by setting the "Lock Frame Durations"
setting?

If still confused, i can send you the dir movie off
the list.

Regards,
Biju George.
