No, they're .WAV files.
I tried .MP3, and they do have a more noticeable gap, but there's still a short hitch there with the .WAV.

Are that MP3 files you're playing? MP3 files have a small but noticeable noise gap at the start, that why they can't be looped either. Maybe that is the reason why you hear those short breaks in between different members.
