I have an idea for a project and I just wanted to bounce it off of you guys
and get your input. Anything you have to offer will be much appreciated.
I am working on a project which we are going to do with a database. It
includes about 40 floor plans, and about 300 photos. Some of the floor
plans have as many as 15 photos each and some just a few. What I would like
to do is on the stage have the name of the floor plan, price and sq. ft. in
the upper left corner, all or which is contained in the db. Under that will
be a list of available floor plans for that model, main floor, loft, back
elevation, etc. By click a floor plan it will appear on the right half of
the stage. Under that I would like a scrolling menu containing thumbnails
of the photographs and by clicking the photo will show up normal size where
the floor plan was on the right side.
My dilemma is exactly how to do the photograph menu and the behaviors. I
read on Doug about the scrolling menu I am just wondering how I should do
it, if it can be done, on the fly.
