In authoring or projector mode, you can include the Xtra as part of the
executable.
However, in Shockwave, the executable is the Shock engine on the user's
machine--what you publish, and what the user downloads, is just the movie,
without the runtime. So, you need to also download the Xtras you are using.
Modify -> Movies -> Xtras, click on PrintOMatic, and click "Download when
Needed." It will automatically download (with the user's permission) and
install into the Shockwave Xtras folder the first time.
You may need to add this to your Xtrainfo.txt file:
