That's not as straightforward as it may seem.

Ok, it's 650 megabytes, or 680 million bytes (easy conversion--20 megabytes 
= 21 million bytes).

However, a CD-ROM stores its data in 32K clusters. If you have a 10-byte 
file, it will occupy 32K on the CD-ROM. I've run into this, when I did an 
installer that copied some 800 small html files from the CD to the hard 
drive. If I remember right, all the files were under 1K, but they 
collectively took up around 400 MB on the disc.
