I am looking for resources about multi-node QTVR panoramas in Director. I've
looked on Macromedia's site and all of the tech notes are years old. Here
are some issues I need help with.
One thing that is hanging me up is going to the different nodes using their
default views. If I manually pan around in a Multi-node (in Director) and
then use code to jump to another node using Lingo:
sprite(myNewSprite).node = theNewNode
...it goes to the node but it doesn't go to the default view that I set in
QTVRAS. It work fine before I manually pan around in a node, but once I do,
subsequent views are off. Please don't tell me I have to have a list of the
default views :-O
Also, I am getting a lot of "error type 10" messages now that I have this
big multi-node panorama in there. What's up with that?
If anyone has any thoughts or can point me to a good resource for "multinode
qtvr in Director" issues I'd be ever grateful.
