Yes, you're right, Bjarne. I wrote my post in a hurry this morning before
going to work, and said "property" when I meant "symbol."
I was trying to put it in straightforward terms, because it looked like
Ramesh was confusing the symbol type--which many people think of as
properties because of their use in property lists. Sorry if I led anybody
astray.
