Hi!
The best thing you could do is to calculate the number of lines that go
beyond the textbox and then scroll accordingly. Use linecount property.

My custom scroll bars are a bit too jerky, especially when the font size is 
large, because I'm using scrolByLine. What other, gentler, ways are there 
to scroll text in a text member box (not a field)? it would be nice to be 
able to scroll by a few pixels at a time.
