Your projector's icon is determined by the icon of a file called
"projec32.skl" which is in the folder container your Director
application. After you edit the icon of this file, all projectors
created thereafter will have this icon associated with them. The easy
way to do this is with Iconizer from Penworks (www.penworks.com).
However, there are many other tools available.
By the way, you actually need to create an icon set or Windows will
refuse to run the application. I've found this arrangement works well:
32x32 4-bit
16x16 4-bit
32x32 8-bit (optional)
16x16 8-bit (optional)
Your icons must be in this order. You can also do larger sizes but
only certain versions of Windows support them.
