The following lines of html contain basic parameters for embedding
shockwave in a web page. Edit the "src value" parameter to point to the
name of your dcr and change the other settings as you wish. I dont think
they changed the shockwave parameter set between D7 and D8.

i should have mentioned i'm using d7 still, so i don't have a publish
settings dialog box. and in d7 you really cannot get rid of the context
menu. weird.
