Sorry Jon, my mistake. It seems that you need to label the start of each
section in the .ini file. Your .ini should look like this:
[Settings]
MessageWindow=1
MessageWindowRect=0 752 608 992
[Lingo]
DisplayFullLingoErrorText=1
