1) It is not necessary to supply the MessageWindowRect. That will be
generated automatically.
2) The [Lingo] section is not required to display the message window.
3) If you are on a Mac, it is REQUIRED to follow the capitalization
exactly. [Settings] and MessageWindow=1
4) If you are on a Mac, make sure to have a carriage return after the last
line.
