Simple enough task to get your 3D animations into Premiere. Just render
them to any animation format
Personally though, I prefer to render the animation from 3D as a series of
Targas and then stiching them together. I try to avoid rendering .avi or
.mov files directly because sometimes the compression settings produce
artifacts. Re-rendering in 3D can take much longer compared to stiching a
sequence of images in Premiere.
The avi or mov that you prepare in Premiere can then be imported into
Director.
