Tab, you have every right to be proud of "that number" (3000).
You're doing a great job, keeping such an unruly mob in check, and 3000
people wouldn't have been half as good programmers as they are now, if it
weren't for the list. And that goes for beginners and experts alike.
I myself owe most my programming skills to YOU. "Lingo!" was the first
programming book I ever read (lingo or otherwise), having started off as a
graphic artist, 3 years ago. Then I joined the list and learned even more
about programming from you and all those 3000 people.
What I'm trying to say is that you should be very very proud of the list and
the excellent job you're doing.
