Well first off, it's beginsprite me not spriteBegin me....(unless that's a
custom handler).

And you don't want to do a repeat loop there -- beginsprite just happens
once and shouldn't 'lock up' doing a go to frame....

You want to add:

On enterframe me
    if the soundbusy(1) then
        go to the frame
    else
        go to the frame +1
    end if
End enterframe me
