You can create one yourself, often.  That's not to say there might not be 
one, but do you do things like use Play to go to a new movie?

Not sure what you mean by "They used Norton"

Take things out one by one... drop the video - does it still flake out?  If 
so, try dropping the audio instead.

Is it specific to Windows, or do you see it on a Mac?
