Hi Dale
Taking a little stab at things, why not make a complete backup of all your
movies into a new folder. Rename your old folder for safety.
then select Xtras -> Update Movies -> Select Update
Then provided you've already created a solid backup then you can select
delete original files.
As the update movies progresses, it will ask you for the location of any
castlibs it can't find and hopefully change all the path structure to
relative references.
Next make a backup of these files somewhere safe.
Rerun through the whole process again doing a protect instead of update and
see if that resolves your problem.
