Stephen,

That's a mixed mode CD (with data on the first trac and audio Tracks on the
following ones) and it is not Red book compliant and should not be used on
a CD player.

WHat you need to burn is a CD-Extra (or: CD-Plus, stamped multisession, Blue
Book format "enhanced CD"...) wich is basically a CD with Red book compliant
tracks first and data track following these (CD players will read the audio
tracks as they would on an ordinary audio CD, but never see the data
tracks). This format is defined by thew "blue book" norm.

If i remember well, standard hybrid burning mode with Toast allow only the
nasty Mixed mode. If you need a PC only app., you can use Easy CD 4, Nti
CD-Maker, Nero, etc. The burning process is very straight forward in this
case.

hope this is of some help...
