The way I've done enhanced cds was multisession - first session is an
audio cd, the next session is a hybrid mac/pc drive. Audio players and
computers see the first session as a regular audio cd...the enhanced part
can control the audio cd just fine.
There are other ways of doing it (ie that 'first track' thing where audio
players have to skip the first track, or the sub 1 track, where there's a
'track 0' that holds the data)..but I find the multisession works the
best.
