MPEG won't give him a lower data rate than he could get with Sorenson.
His problem IS that his data rate is way too high. He doesn't say if
it's 900 Kbytes/sec or 900 bytes/sec, but either way, it's too high. He
doesn't say what the frame rate is, either. Try definitely under 300,
maybe 100-150 Kbytes/sec including sound for CD-ROM. He could also
compress the clip at half that dimension and display it at his full size
in the presentation.
