Could be. I'm running Director 8.5 in a Pentium 133MHz with 48MB on RAM and
it runs perfectly (Win98). Depending on your content the thing you have to
find out is how much memory your projector consumes. The processor speed
afects on the performance of animations, preloads, transitions and other
kind of processes that need calculations. I don't recomend using MP3s on
this kindo of configurations. I hope this helps!

Subject: <lingo-l> minimal system requirements
Hi everybody!
I am developing a super-simple CD-ROM application, featuring some small
picts and a lot of text, but no sound, no video, no flash.
The client asked on what type of computers the cd-rom would run.
I am developping with Director 8.5 under windows. The manual says: Pentium
166, 32 MB are required.
Is this an absolute statement or just empirical/statistic? In other words:
Is it possible that my application would runs on systems with even lower
performance? Any experience?
Thank you!
