If you mean that you have a flash movie which contains, say, 100 frames
which shows a clock with hands going around and you want Director to know
when it's reached the last frame, try the following:

on beginSprite me
        lastFlashFrame = member("FlashMember").framecount
end

on exitFrame me
        if (sprite(flashSpriteNum).frame = lastFlashFrame) then
                -- do your stuff here
        end if
end
