Hello list,
I am authoring a director CD-ROM that will display many video files hence
the need for MPEG, I have looked into Director Media Xtra and it does just
the job, although I am struggling to find out what sort of MPEG Encoder to
use for it. I have looked at Media cleaner and at MegaPeg although with
varying results (the quality of the sample movie that comes with
DirectMediaXtra is a far better quality than I can generate) is there a
knack to encoding to mpeg that I don't know about or is there an some
excellent encoder that I ought to use?
Any info would be much appreciated
