It will work some, but with problems. It's like using a Flash 4 player to view a Flash 5 piece. Depending on what the piece does, it might work fairly well, but chances are it will have problems, either minor or major. Have your teammates publish the Flash piece in version 4 instead of 5 if there isn't extensive coding in it. If it's just an animation with images and sounds and no interactivity, it should export backwards to version 4 fairly well.
