If he is experiencing problems with the flash member's sound playing poorly
in his director movie it is because director doesn't let flash sounds mix
with director's sounds. Director has a property called "the soundMixMedia".

Set -- the soundMixMedia to FALSE -- so Flash has controll of the sound
mixing. Just remeber to set it back to TRUE after your flash animation.

This is from Director Help:
>>This property is valid only on Windows. When the soundMixMedia is TRUE,
Director takes over the mixing and
>>playback of sounds from Flash cast members. It is possible that slight
differences may occur in the way Flash
>>sounds play back. To hear the Flash sounds exactly they would be rendered
in Flash, set this property to FALSE.

Thank you,

Daniel O'Steen

No offense, but it's right there under File -> Publish Settings -> Flash ->
Version.
