the people you're contracting for- do they own the license? if they do, all
you need is the registration code. i'm not aware of the process of modifying
the structure of a v12 db without the tool. i don't have the documentation
here on this machine, but if there is a way- it should be in the docs.
(they're very complete, from what i've seen)
