Hi, can anyone help with navigation between director movies in diffirent folders. The projector sits in the root and navigates to movies in a folder called Files, which is also in the root. I do this with
on startMovie set the searchPaths = ["@\Files\", "@\FolderA\"] end This works well for movies within the folder "Files" and also for movies navigating from "Files" to "FolderA". My problem begins with needing to go backwards from the movie in "FolderA", back to the movie in "Files" which is the folder that contains "FolderA". I have tried many permutations of the moviePath, the searchPaths, the @ operator and a combination of all but can't seem to strike something that will work backwards. The Director 8 Help says that the @ operator can be used to navigate above or below the current folder. I would really appreciate help on this.
