I'm working on a kiosk where I'm making use of plenty of timeout objects to 
fire off events.

But, we'd also like to throw this puppy into an attract loop if no-one has 
been playing with it for a while.

It appears that I'm going to have to roll my own routine for checking for 
inactivity, because the timeouthandler I set is getting called every time I 
create a new TimeOut object.

So, these two timeout methods are either incompatible, or I'm doing 
something wrong....
