Here the story; let's say, I have a number of sprites (castmembers of 
different kind or same kind) and I want to positioning them on the 
stage accordingly to different criteria (these criteria can change). 
How should approach the making of a function that does this?
In other words if I want to create a function, let's say 
PosioningSprite, that has one parameter, called Sections, that is a 
multidimensional list or propertylist that contains the number of 
sections and the castmembers that made them up.
Of course the position of each sprite its restrained and limited by 
the other sprites, so that at the end doesn't became a mess.
Bearing in mind that all goes on top of the stage that could be 
640/480 or 800/600 or whatever dimension, how should be done?

Is there around something that does a similar job or does someone 
know the best way to do it?
