No, it is wrong. You do not need to define the "on new me" handler in 
a parent script.
It is perfectly possible to instantiate *any** script, regardless of 
the presence of a "new" handler.

*Apparently the scriptText must contain at least some characters, but 
these can simply be two commentary dashes.
