Hi list,
Do you know of a neat way of doing a gridded form like you can do in excel
within Director?
Or do I have to open up excel and use that?
I would prefer not to.

_________________________________________________________________________

What it has to do:
1/ select the name of the employee

2/ select the type of leave i.e. sickness, maternity, holiday

3/ select the dates from a calendar they will be away

4/ save the information by month and return to blank form so that I can
put in more information or quit

5/ at the end of the month I need to print out a sheet to send our admin
section - the form can be viewed here
<http://www.alexhawkey.demon.co.uk/html/EXCEL.html>

I need to save the information saved by month so that I can improve the
program at a later stage to flag up things that need to be checked:
A/ that people are not off sick for more that 10 days in any 6 months
B/ that people are not off sick on more than 4 occasions in any 6 months
C/ that people are not off every Monday #
    #except for holiday leave
    except for me

What it can do at the moment:
1/,2/,3/ and put the information
-- "George Grant"
-- "I : Industrial Injury"
-- [date( 2001, 12, 12 ), date( 2001, 12, 13 ), date( 2001, 12, 14 )]
