That more or less supports the idea ChatGPT is a linguistic processor with 
"hooks" in its front-end and back-end components where third-parties can do 
their own thing.  A good system design would certainly have them anyway.

My guess is that it doesn't have its own "artificial general intelligence" or 
AGI middleware, but who knows for sure?
