Ads are every 3rd or 4th one on # feeds. (I forgot that in my last email; I do read some of the hashtag groups). They are VERY annoying.

Go to something like https://twitter.com/search?q=%23SurvivorAU&src=trend_click&vertical=trends , which is trending right now. In the Top group, there are two posts by people, then an ad for Bloomberg, then 4 by humans, then an ad for a writers workshop, then a long flow of human ones.

Then I opened the Latest group, 2 human, an ad for Stan Sport Rugby, then the rest humans.

You can recognise the ads, so you can scroll past easily. I don't know if those would count for the paying advertisers as "seen" or not.

There are paid ads on Twitter?

They must be so subtly embedded I did not notice they are ads. But isn't most of the content some form of promotion anyway?
