I am looking at having ANU computer students use Microsoft Copilot. This would use a technique demonstrated at a recent University of Sydney symposium, where you have the students critique and improve on the output from AI: https://blog.highereducationwhisperer.com/search/label/Team-Based%20Learning
Several universities at the event said they had their own generative AI installed for privacy. Some trained the AI on course materials so the system would answer questions in terms of the specific topic. Perhaps the APS could do the same, so the AI would talk bureaucrat. ;-)
