Depends on the state, the supplier, and the definition of low. I changed suppliers and now get 11c/kWh FIT in Victoria. Engie. Others get better supplier and use charges and less FIT. Yes, you need a spreadsheet.

I reckon states and feds maybe will do battery support soon. Right now you can only get an interest free loan.
