In a Facebook ad, Alibaba offered to sell me a "Long Range Intelligent
Multi Sensor Cooled PTZ Thermal Drone radar Camera" for A$15,295.44,
plus delivery.

This includes a laser illuminator for guiding missiles. Another option
shown is a machine gun, in place of the sensor. I guess this could be
described as "dual use" technology, but it is odd it is being offered to
the public.
