Well Gerd has signed me up to to electronic billing and offered to waive a fee 
he did not tell me about.

I guess Telstra thinks announcing a charge for paper bill on a website (no 
mention on the paper bill 
itself) is sufficient.

Wonder what the ACCC and Telecommunications Ombudsman will have to say about 
this over coming months.
